Here at Barre Kailua our classes are small and intimate  so we can really focus on targeting specific muscles and correcting proper form.

Each class practices exercises from pilates, yoga, and ballet strength training.


Give yourself an hour to come clear your mind, strengthen the body, and soothe your soul at the barre.  No experience necessary. 



  • What to Wear

Yoga-like attire (ie: leggings or shorts, comfortable top). Make sure you’ll be comfortable in a variety of postures. Our classes are performed barefoot, but grip socks are optional. Props, mats, and small towels will be provided at the studio. Bring a water bottle or one can be purchased in class.

  • When to Arrive

Arrive 10 minutes before class starts so we can go over any forms that need to be filled out, address any limitations, and  get you set up.

  • Setting Up

Your instructor will get you the right props and get your space setup for class. If you have any injuries or limitations, please let us know. All classes offer modifications so you can work deep without discomfort. 

The class is what exactly what I’ve been looking for! Full body workout with a lot of stretching especially for my super tight hips! Highly recommend!
