December is coming to a quick close and 2017 in merely a few weeks away. What's the #1 thing everyone does those last hours of the year? yep make their resolutions list.
"I wanna work out more, lose weight, eat healthy, and blah blah blah....." We are all guilty of it and very few really stick to their unspoken promise they make themselves. However things can change going into 2017. How the heck?! you might ask... Well Studies show it takes 21 days to form a healthy habit or break an unhealthy one. Whatever you want to achieve to better yourself going into the New year, you could start now and when that ball drops and January is here, you've already got your routine down.
