  • BARRE : Ballet strength training meets yoga and Pilates.We offer 45 minute classes focused on stretching and toning. Use of lightweights and a ball as well as a yoga mat and a ballet barre. Low cardio and small isometric exercises help to strengthen and lengthen smaller supporting muscles. Class times and days vary download the mind body app for a quick and convenient way to check the schedule and book a class. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY


  • BOOTCAMP AT THE BARRE : Barre Boot Camp - an interval style cardio and barre workout. Get ready to sweat and burn major calories by incorporating toning moves with bursts of cardio. Classes are monthly so please check the schedule when class is available. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • 1:1 MINI-PRIVATE CLASS : 30-35min mini private class, working one-on-one with Barre Kailua instructor (of your choice) to address physical goals; our barre techniques, and properly executing exercises as well as work on specified targeted zones. Times are flexible and determined at clients request. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • STRETCH AND TONE :Pilates style mat class aimed on focusing and improving total body awareness, increasing flexibility and range of motion. Using our Isometric exercises to tone and strengthen the smaller muscles and joints as well as a deep focus on the core. Half Toning and half stretching; this class will help to relieve stress and tension, by relaxing the mind and body.NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

  • YOGA SCULPT fuses the stretch and flow benefits of yoga with strength training to lengthen and tone your body from head to toe. Class begins with a power yoga sequence to warm up the body, followed by bursts or cardio and toning. Prepare to awaken muscles and burn major calories. Come prepared with a towel, water and option to bring your own mat, or enjoy one of ours. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY


  • VINYASA YOGA FLOW :  A total mind and body workout that connects your breath to movement in a low impact but effective workout. You will leave feeling longer, leaner and more relaxed. All levels welcome and encouraged. 


  • 60 min. PRIVATE, SEMI-PRIVATE, + GROUP PRIVATE CLASSES: Our Standard Barre class working 1:1, semi or for a private group to really customize client's needs / wants from the class. MYOFASCIAL ROLL + RELEASE :The Fascination method is a total body rolling process used in conjunction with the Fascianator roller that has helped thousands with their chronic pain issues.
