Here at Barre Kailua we strive to be fit and have fun the barre way. Our classes are small and intimate so we can really focus on targeting certain muscles and correcting proper form. Each class will incorporate exercises from pilates, yoga, and ballet strength training. Barre Kailua works with the Mind,Barre, and Soul technique which primarily focuses is to enlightening the Mind, strengthening through Barre and soothing the Soul.




  • What to Wear

Yoga-like attire (ie: leggings or long shorts, comfortable top). Make sure you’ll be comfortable in a variety of postures. Our classes are performed barefoot, but grip socks are optional. Props and small towels will be provided at the studio. Bring a water bottle or one can be purchased in class.

  • When to Arrive

Arrive 10 minutes before class starts so we can get you set up.

Setting Up

Your instructor will get you the right props and get your space setup for class. If you have anyinjuries or limitations, please let us know. All classes  offer modifications so you can work deep without discomfort.
